At Chill Out Skate Shop, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery

Free next-day delivery applies to UK orders over £100 placed before 12pm on a working day.

- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:30am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions
Certain items — including aerosol spray paints — are classified as hazardous goods and cannot be shipped by standard or air freight. These products are available for in-store collection only and cannot be dispatched via our standard delivery services.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Our working days are Tuesday-Sat.
